With a background as an international marketing director, and 15 years as an independent service-provider, Yehuda offers clients a valuable and cost-effective package of skills: strategic consultancy, project management and content creation/editorial services.

He is also active as an opera critic and journalist, writing for leading specialist magazines such as Opera, Opera Now, Classical Music and Opernwelt.

His travels as a music journalist have taken him to France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Turkey and the USA, and he has interviewed such luminaries of the opera world as Plácido Domingo, Renée Fleming, Joyce DiDonato, Elina Garanča, Jonas Kaufmann, Juan Diego Flórez, Grace Bumbry, Margaret Price, Renata Scotto, Sondra Radvanovsky, Violeta Urmana, José Van Dam, Sherrill Milnes and Antonio Pappano.

Translation & localisation

In a world where ‘everyone speaks English’ and a webpage can be switched instantly into another language, real translation remains a highly skilled craft: it is a matter of recreating the text in another language, above all when dealing with marketing copy, journalism or literary material.

An Oxford degree in Modern Languages and a wealth of translation experience – covering books, websites, marketing materials, conference presentations, musicology and even poetry –  have given Yehuda the expertise to produce idiomatic English that both accurately reflects the original and speaks persuasively to its new audience.

He translates exclusively into English, working primarily from French and German. He also has a sound working knowledge of Italian.
